My name is Zachary Sims and I am the owner of Carolina Permitting Services LLC. I currently live in Mooresville, NC with my Beautiful girlfriend Kenly and my dog Yogi. My whole life, I’ve been around the marine construction business and I found a real need for this side of the industry. As a homeowner or contractor you want to focus on what you do best. Homeowners have an idea of what you want to accomplish in your dream project ,but due to the overwhelming permitting process you have no idea where to begin.
